Return Policy

 

Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange. When returning, the product must be in its original packaging with no damage to the product or packaging. Please also bring the receipt initially received for the product

If a new LP or CD purchased at Better Days is defective due to an error by the manufacturer, we will replace that item with another copy. If there is not another copy of that item in stock. we will order a copy or offer a credit for the cost of the item towards the purchase of another item.
